Trustify (“we”, “our”) is a B2B SaaS platform that collects customer feedback (comments, ratings, reviews) from a company’s own customers for analysis. We host data on secure cloud servers (e.g. Hostinger data centers in Europe/USA) and use industry-standard security (TLS/SSL encryption) to protect it. Trustify acts as a data processor: our clients (the subscribing businesses) are the data controllers and retain ownership of all feedback data. We process data only to generate analytics and recommendations for that client; we do not sell, rent, or trade any customer data.

Data We Collect:

We collect only the feedback data that a customer’s clients voluntarily provide (survey responses, product reviews, ratings, etc.). This may include basic personal data (e.g. names or contact info) if provided in feedback. We never capture unnecessary data.

How We Use Data:

We use feedback data solely to analyze sentiment and trends and produce reports or alerts for the client company. We share insights only with the company that owns the data. We do not share data with external parties, except with trusted service providers who help operate the platform and only under confidentiality commitments. We do not combine or re-use one client’s data for another, and we do not use feedback data for any other purpose.

Data Security:

We implement robust security measures: data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, and access is restricted to authorized personnel. As recommended by GDPR, encryption is employed to safeguard personal data both in transit and storage. Our hosting partners (e.g. Hostinger) use physical and network security to prevent unauthorized access. Despite precautions, note that no Internet system is 100% secure.

Legal Compliance:

We comply with Morocco’s Law No. 09-08 (2009) on personal data and CNDP (Data Protection Commission) regulations. This means we process data only with proper consent and for legitimate purposes. Individuals whose personal data we process have rights under Law 09-08: they can request access, correction or deletion of their data within 10 days. We assist our clients in honoring these rights.

International transfers:

If data is stored or processed outside Morocco (e.g. Europe/US servers), we follow CNDP rules – data may be transferred abroad only under authorized conditions (e.g. with client consent and, if required, CNDP approval). In preparation for future expansion, we align our policies with EU GDPR standards, ensuring transparency, purpose-limitation, and individuals’ consent rights.

Trustify does not sell or trade any customer feedback data to third parties. All analysis and reports are delivered exclusively to the client company that owns the data.
