Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Trustify, you (the business “Customer”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Trustify’s services are intended for business use only; individuals may not use Trustify for personal purposes. You represent that you are 18+ and authorized to act on behalf of a company. We reserve the right to decline or suspend service for any account that appears to be personal or non-business.

Account Registration and Access

  • Account Creation: To register, you must provide accurate business information (company name, business email, billing details). A valid company email address is required; accounts using personal emails may be suspended. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Authorized Users: Only your company’s employees (or approved agents) may use your account. You must notify us if any authorized user should be removed. You may not share your account with unrelated third parties.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Trustify only in compliance with all applicable laws and only for authorized business purposes. Prohibited actions include: hacking, attempting to reverse-engineer or disassemble the software, introducing malware, reselling or sublicensing the service, or uploading illegal content. You must not use Trustify to violate privacy or intellectual property rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service or abuse resources.

Data Ownership and License

  • Customer Data: You retain exclusive ownership of all feedback data and intellectual property you submit to Trustify. Trustify acquires only the limited license needed to host and process this data on your behalf. We will not claim any ownership rights in your data.
  • Service License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Trustify web platform and documentation as described in your subscription. This license is for your internal business use only. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works of our software.

Fees and Payment

If applicable, you agree to pay all fees as invoiced, according to the subscription plan chosen. Subscription fees are typically billed monthly or annually in advance. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of service. Fees do not include taxes, which are your responsibility. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Trustify strives for high-quality service, but we provide the platform “as is.” We expressly disclaim any warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Trustify (or its affiliates and employees) be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you in the prior 12 months. These limits are customary in SaaS agreements and protect both parties against unforeseen losses.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ends. We will securely delete or return your data as agreed, subject to any legal retention obligations. We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately if you breach these terms or if required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute will be resolved in Moroccan courts. We may update these Terms occasionally; material changes will be notified to you. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.
